Estimated U.S. delivery time: 7–12 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on factors outside our control, such as customs delays, seasonal volume, or carrier issues.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because we use third-party fulfillment partners, we do not accept physical returns.

Refunds and replacements are only provided in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged (photo/video evidence required)

  • Your order is incorrect or missing items

  • Your order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date

  • A cancellation request is submitted before the order is processed

We do not offer refunds for delivered orders unless the above criteria are met.
